Mariah Carey has announced a string of shows in New York City this December in celebration of the 20th anniversary of her first Christmas album titled Merry Christmas. The five dates are set for December 15, 16, 18, 20 and 21 at New York’s Beacon Theatre.
The pop icon who released her fourteenth studio album “Me. I am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse” earlier this year, is wrapping up her world tour this month before returning to her hometown for her Christmas shows. The pop singer will be at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan on December 15th, 16th, 18th, and the 20th.
The singer will not only play “All I Want For Christmas is You” and other songs off her best-selling Merry Christmas but also songs from her 2010 follow-up, Merry Christmas II You. The shows have an average ticket price of $219.56. The first show on the 15th has the cheapest average price of $192.55 while the last show on the 20th has the most expensive ticket average of $244.51. A list of the Christmas shows can be found below:
