Charlie Wilson's "Forever Charlie" Tour Kicks Off Next Month

R&B singer Charlie Wilson, best known for being the lead vocalist of The Gap Band will be on solo tour starting next month in support of new album Forever Charlie. The album will be the singer’s seventh overall and will be out later this month.

The tour stars on February 12th in Cleveland, Ohio at the Wolstein Center. On the 13th Charlie Wilson will be at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York. This show has the cheapest average ticket price of the tour with $101.08, compared to the tour average of $172.23. Charlie Wilson will play Nashville, Tennessee at the Bridgestone Arena on the 20th and at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on the 21st. The tour will hit Detroit, Michigan on March 1st at the Joe Louis Arena and on the 5th the tour will head to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. On the 8th Wilson will play the Verizon Center in Washington D.C. and then head south on the 10th with a show in Columbia, South Carolina at the Colonial Life Arena. On the 21st the tour stops in the singer’s home state of Oklahoma for a show at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City. There will be two shows in Los Angeles, California at the Nokia Theatre on March 25th and 26th and the tour will come to an end on March 27th in Oakland at the Oracle Arena.
