OVO Fest Tickets Sell Out in 3 Minutes Following Friday’s On Sale

March 20, 2015

Drake’s OVO Fest will bring the heat this summer, and the larger-than-life rapper has seen tickets to his sixth annual installment sell out in just three minutes. Following Friday’s on sale at noon, tickets to the three-day affair can now only be purchased through the secondary market. Don’t expect to pay cheap, either.

The Canada-based festival will take place between the Air Canada Centre and Molson Canadian Amphitheatre and feature some of music and comedy’s biggest acts. Comedian Kevin Hart will headline the first night at the ACC, and OVO Fest tickets for that night average at $220.19. The get-in price starts at $85.

The Molson Canadian Amphitheatre will then welcome the final two days, and a 2-day OVO Fest pass sees an average secondary price of $670.94 and get-in price of $349. J. Cole is set to headline the second night of the festival while Drake himself closes it out on August 3.

As far as single-day tickets go for the second and third days, the average secondary price for August 2 OVO Fest tickets is $383.28 and the cheapest tickets is listed for $81. The third and final day sees individual tickets average at $606.60 and get-in price start at $237.

A slew of surprise guests are also slated to perform alongside each day’s performers. Last year, Drake invited Diddy and Kanye West and the festival also saw Abel Tesfaye’s of The Weeknd fame perform.
