Stromae Announces Additional 2015 North American Tour Dates

(UPDATE 3/9) Dance-pop sensation Stromae has added more dates to his North American leg of shows this spring and fall. The Belgium-born artist will begin his first run of dates at the Brushy “Spotify House” in Austin, Texas on March 15 and travel across the U.S. through April 19, when he wraps during the second weekend of the 2015 Coachella Festival. He’ll play the Osheaga Music & Arts Festival in Montreal from July 31-August 2 before revving up his second North American leg on September 12 at the James L. Knight Center in Miami. 22 dates in total are scheduled through October 1, with the soon-to-be 30-year-old headlining a final show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden – his biggest stateside performance to date.

(12/11/14) Belgian singer and electronic artist Stromae has taken the international EDM scene by storm. The singer released his second debut album Racine Carree last year to much critical acclaim. The album had many successful single including “Ta fete” which was used by Belgium during the 2014 World Cup.

The singer also made his U.S. television debut in June with an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Stromae now has a short tour planned for next year. There will be a string of west coast shows in April followed by a New York City show in Madison Square Garden on October 1st with a tour average ticket price of $167.58. Stromae’s April dates include stopping in Vancouver, British Columbia at the Orpheum on the 5th,  Seattle, Washington at the Showbox SoDo on the 6th, and Portland, Oregon at the Crystal Ballroom at the 7th.

The show on the 6th in Seattle has the cheapest average ticket price of $93.40. The singer will play his lone California show at the Fox Theater in Oakland on April 9th. The show in Vancouver on the 5th has most expensive average ticket price of $254.86. The Madison Square Garden show has an average ticket price surprisingly slightly lower than the tour average with prices at $152.45. Fans can see Stromae’s tour dates next year listed below:
