Ticket prices have dropped so much on the secondary market that their upcoming game against the Pistons at the Staples Center tonight will be the cheapest Lakers ticket since TicketIQ began tracking data in 2009.
The average price for Lakers vs Pistons tickets on TicketIQ is now $65.32, 53% below the team’s season average of $139.11. For those hoping to just get in the door, the cheapest seat for tonight’s game is listed for just $9.

The Lakers have won 16 games this season, good enough for last place in the Pacific division. The team’s next cheapest home game will be against the Jazz on March 19, when Lakers tickets average at $104.15 and get-in price starts at $9 on the secondary market. 10 of the Lakers last 11 home games currently own a get-in price below $15.
It’s been a turbulent season for one of the most cherished franchises in sports. Whether Bryant returns next year still remains uncertain, but one thing’s for sure – fans won’t break their bank if traveling to a game at the Staples Center over the next four weeks.
