Both Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton are known for their colorful commentary and unique ability to split sides, but the two radio personalities are getting serious for a good cause next month. The duo has created the “True Blue” Charity Softball Game, which will be held at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, June 3. The event, featuring dozens of New York sports star and celebrities, will help benefit the families of fallen NYPD officers Brian Moore, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu.

Tickets for the game are now on sale via Ticketmaster and are priced at $12. All seats are General Admission and no service fees will be added. An additional donation option can be made to the NYPD Charity upon checkout. Proceeds will also benefit Silver Shield Foundation and the Widows’ and Children’s Fund.

Among the exhausting list of celebrities set to appear at the event include New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former Yankees manager Joe Torre, Buffalo Bulls head coach Rex Ryan, Nets star Mason Plumlee, Jets star receiver Eric Decker, former Mets pitching great Dwight Gooden, former Knicks superstar John Starks and country singer Jessie James Decker. More celebrities will be announced in the coming weeks.

The game is scheduled to begin at 8pm and will be broadcast live on WFAN, the home of Boomer and Carton. Show your support for New York’s Finest by grabbing a ticket and donating today.
