(UPDATE 5/6/15) For the past six decades, Crosby, Stills and Nash have laid the foundational bricks of popular folk music, bridging the sounds of howling guitar licks, three-part melodies and voicing the sociopolitical culture of the vibrant 1960s. With such an influential past, it’s no surprise the trio continues to tour across the globe. The band is currently in the midst of its 2015 run, playing several more dates through the end of May. Many of the dates will see reasonably-priced tickets on the secondary market as well, with Crosby, Stills and Nash tickets averaging at $128.99.
10 more shows are scheduled through May 20, and the three-piece will play its most expensive date on May 9 at Caesars Atlantic City. That show currently owns a secondary average of $257.60 and get-in price starts at $121. Just one other show sees tickets average above $200; May 19 at Citi Performing Arts Center ($224.19).
The cheapest show will be held on May 6 at the Chicago Theatre, where tickets average at $93.34 and the cheapest ticket is just $37. Both dates at the Kings Theatre in New York on May 15 and 16 see the cheapest get-in prices among all remaining dates at $28 and $27, respectively.
(3/20/15) David Crosby is packing up his acoustic guitar and hitting the open road this summer. The iconic musician has announced a string of solo tour dates in the U.S. through June and July, with most of his dates scheduled in the Northeast.
The tour begins at the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas on June 6 and will then to Florida for four consecutive shows. Crosby will head north, playing dates in North Carolina, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut before wrapping at the Zeiterion Performing Arts Center in New Bedford, Massachusetts on July 6.
Crosby’s latest solo effort, Croz, was released in January of 2014. His primary focus is Crosby, Stills and Nash, who have already scheduled two tour legs in the spring and fall. The 73-year-old plans to play songs from across his extensive discography on his solo tour, dating back to his origins with the Byrds.
Tickets for select shows go on sale this Friday, March 20 via Ticketmaster. Check out the full list of tour dates below.
