Top Heavy Metal, Hard Rock and Classic Rock Concert Tickets of the Week (5/18)

This week’s top rock and metal concerts kicks off on May 20th with a show featuring Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless at The Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri. On the 21st Judas Priest will be nearby Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois at the Rosemont Theatre. On the 23rd metal bands Mastodon and Clutch at the Freedom Hill Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. Finally on the 24th Prog-rock band Boston will perform at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, Florida while the Doobie Brothers will stop at the College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut.

5/20 Halestorm & The Pretty Reckless at The Pageant - Avg. Ticket Price $118.41 | Get-in: $51

Hard rock bands Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless will perform at The Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri this week on the 20th. The average ticket price for this show is $118.41 and the lowest get-in price is $51. Halestorm released their third studio album Into the Wild Life last month while The Pretty Reckless led by actress/model Taylor Momsen released their sophomore album Going to Hell last year. The tour will also stop this week on the 19th at The Whiting in Flint, Michigan and on the 22nd at Riverfest in Little Rock, Arkansas.

 

5/24 Boston at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre - Avg. Ticket Price $118.15 | Get-in: $53

Progressive rock band Boston will be playing at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, Florida this week on the 24th. The show has an average ticket price of $118.15 and a lowest get-in price of $53. The band last released Life, Love, & Hope back in 2013 but are most known for their 1978 record Don’t Look Back. Boston will also stop in Panama City, Florida at the Marina Civic Center on the 23rd.

 

5/23 Mastodon & Clutch at the Freedom Hill Amphitheatre - Avg. Ticket Price $107.56 | Get-in: $35

Popular metal bands Mastodon and Clutch will be at the Freedom Hill Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights, Michigan in nearby Detroit. The show has an average ticket price of $107.56 but fans will be able to find tickets for as low as $35. Clutch are set to release a new album Psychic Warfare later this year while Mastodon put out Once More ‘Round the Sun last year to much acclaim. The tour will come to New York City on the 19th at Central Park Summerstage and on the 20th at the Rapids Theatre in Niagara Falls, New York.

 

5/24 The Doobie Brothers at the College Street Music Hall - Avg. Ticket Price $105.19 | Get-in: $69

The Doobie Brothers will be at the College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut this week on the 24th. The show has an average ticket price of $105.19 and a lowest get-in price of $69. The Doobie Brothers last released Southbound last year which was a collection of re-recorded hits with guest appearances from other country musicians including the Zac Brown Band and Blake Shelton. The tour will also stop this week at the Hollywood Casino Event Center in Charlestown, West Virginia on May 22nd.

 

5/21 Judas Priest at the Rosemont Theatre - Avg. Ticket Price $104.34 | Get-in: $34

Judas Priest will rock out this week on the 21st at the Rosemont Theatre in Rosemont, Illinois which is right outside Chicago. The show has an average ticket price of $104.34 though fans can find prices for as low as $34. The band released their 17th studio album Redeemer of Souls last year, hitting number 1 on both the top rock and top hard rock Billboard charts. The band will head to Europe next week but before that will also stop at the Family Arena in Saint Charles, Missouri on the 19th and on the 20th in Council Bluffs, Iowa at Harrah’s Council Bluffs Casino.
