Not much at all has changed over the past week for the top Broadway shows on the secondary market, The King and I is still the top priced show this week and the only difference is The Lion King musical returns to the top shows lineup after a brief hiatus.  Here’s a breakdown below for the top five Broadway tickets on the secondary market on TicketIQ.

7/12/15 – The King and I | Avg. Price: $461.62 | Get-in Price: $206

The King and I tickets have increased by 11% over the past week. Tickets currently have an average price of $461.62 on the secondary market for this Sunday’s showing at the Vivian Beaumont Theater, making it this week’s top priced Broadway ticket. The cheapest seat is priced at $206.

7/11/15 – The Book of Mormon | Avg. Price: $348.44 | Get-in Price: $138

Still one of the more popular musicals on Broadway, The Book of Mormon returns to the top portion of the top show list this week. Book of Mormon tickets going for an average price of $348.44 on the secondary market, with a get in price of $138 for this Saturday’s showing at the Eugene O’Neill Theater.

7/8/15 – The Curious Incident | Avg. Price: $317.00 | Get-in Price: $126

Going strong for almost a year on Broadway, The Curious Incident is once again featured in the top shows lineup with a showing this Wednesday at the Ethel Barrymore Theater. Curious Incident tickets are going for an average price of $317 on the secondary market on Wednesday, with the cheapest seat priced at $126.

7/8/15 – Kinky Boots | Avg. Price: $290 | Get-in Price: $82

The very popular Broadway show Kinky Boots will have a showing this Wednesday at the AL Hirschfeld Theater. Kinky Boots tickets are now up 37% over the past week at an average price of $290 on the secondary market, and a get-in price of $82.

7/7/15 – The Lion King | Avg. Price: $285.40 | Get-in Price: $136
After a brief hiatus, The Lion King musical makes its way back to the top shows lineup.  One of the highest grossing musicals on Broadway will be showing at the Minskoff Theater with Lion King tickets going for an average price of $285.40 on the secondary market, with the cheapest seat priced at $136.  The Lion King is one of the longest running Broadway shows in history.
