With 18 Shows Remaining, Van Halen Tickets Averaging $172 on Secondary Market

It has been a summer for the ages for Van Halen, whose 2015 North American summer tour makes its way through the U.S. and Canada until mid-October. 18 shows are left on the itinerary, and the pivotal arena rockers are continuing to see a healthy demand for tickets. Over the remaining two months of shows, the average price for Van Halen tickets on TicketIQ is $172.36.

Eddie Van Halen and Co. will make their most expensive stop on September 25 at the Cynthia Mitchell Woods Pavilion in Texas. That show owns a secondary market average of $393.83 and a get-in price of $48. Other top-priced shows come onOctober 4 at Hollywood Bowl ($343.62 avg./$32 get-in), September 9 at Walnut Creek Amphitheatre ($321.64 avg./$74 get-in) and September 23 at Gexa Energy Pavilion ($278.42 avg./$7 get-in).

Cincinnati’s Riverbend Music Center will host the most affordable show on August 31. Van Halen tickets in Cincinnati currently average $120.77 and get-in price is $26 on the secondary market. Two days later, the band travels to Klipsch Music Center in Indiana, where tickets own an average price of $137.72 and a $27 get-in price.

With Five Shows Remaining in August, Van Halen Tickets Averaging $151 on Secondary Market

(UPDATE 8/1915) Van Halen’s 2015 North American Tour continues this week with a stop at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania Sunday. The stadium rockers will play a total of five more shows this month, and those gigs are garnering below-average ticket prices on the secondary market.

According to TicketIQ the average price for Van Halen tickets over the final five shows in August is $150.58, down 30.9% below the tour average of $217.92 through the beginning of October. The band’s most expensive show this month comes on August 29 at Jiffy Lube Live, where tickets own a secondary market average of $221.67 and get-in price is $37. It will be the only show remaining in August that has a ticket average above $200.

Conversely, this Sunday's stop at Hersheypark Stadium serves as the cheapest date remaining this month. Tickets for the show average $107. 11 and get-in price is $33.

The 2015 North American Tour remains on the road through the U.S. and Canada untilOctober 4, ultimately wrapping at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Van Halen Bring 2015 North American Tour to Northeast this Week

(UPDATE 8/11/15) Seminal hard rock outfit Van Halen is partying hard on its 2015 run through the U.S. and Canada, and the fun continues this week when the band makes stops in Connecticut and New York. The band will hit the Xfinity Theatre in Harford tonight before heading to Jones Beach Theater in Long Island for back-to-back shows on Thursday and Saturday.

Over the three shows this week, the average price for Van Halen tickets is $276.68 on the secondary market. The Xfinity Theater show will be the cheapest of the week, with tickets averaging $158.33 and get-in price starting at $35. On Thursday, the average secondary price for Van Halen’s first show in Long Island is $251.89 and get-in price is $51. Saturday’s gig is the most expensive of the week at an average price of $323.91 and a $69 get-in price.

The group will remain in the Northeast through August 27, playing additional shows in Pennsylvania, upstate New York and New Jersey over the next two weeks. They’ll hit Hersheypark Stadium, Darien Lake Performing Arts Center and Susquehanna Bank Center through that date.

Van Halen’s 2015 North American Tour continues through October 4, when it culminates with a performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

All Remaining Shows on Van Halen 2015 Summer Tour Averaging Above $100 on Secondary Market

(UPDATE 8/5/15) Van Halen’s 2015 North American run has been rocking arenas across North America since early July, and the seminal hard rock band will continue its road run through the beginning of October. With 27 shows still remaining, ticket demand remains high on the secondary market as well. According to TicketIQ the average secondary price for Van Halen tickets is $223.14.

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Texas hosts the most expensive remaining show on September 25. Van Halen Texas tickets own a secondary average of $372.53 and the get-in price is $45. Four other shows have a ticket average above $300 – October 4 at the Hollywood Bowl ($364.58 avg./$54 get-in), September 17 at Oak Mountain Amphitheatre ($324.32 avg./$54 get-in), August 15 at Jones Beach Theater ($300.51 avg./$61 get-in) and August 9 at PNC Bank Arts Center ($300.09 avg./$37 get-in).

Even the band’s cheapest shows are garnering massive ticket demand. Hersheypark Stadium will be the cheapest show on August 23 and tickets average $123.92. The cheapest ticket is listed for $29. An August 25 stop at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center is the second least expensive show, with tickets owning a secondary average of $149.05 and get-in price starting at $36.

The band will wrap their summer run at the Hollywood Bowl on October 4.

Van Halen Brings ‘Different Kind of Truth’ Tour to Midwest this Week

(UPDATE 7/22/15) Van Halen’s “Different Kind of Truth”Tour hits the Midwest this week with three shows in Kansas, Illinois and Missouri. Ticket prices won’t be cheap on the secondary market for those three gigs, however, as Van Halen tickets are currently averaging $202.47 this week.

The band’s most expensive show comes on Sunday night at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Missouri, where tickets own a secondary average of $275.61 and the cheapest available ticket is $34. On Friday Van Halen plays First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Illinois. That show has a $174.32 ticket average and $32 get-in price. The cheapest show of the week will be at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre  in Kansas tonight. That showhas a secondary ticket average of $147.14 and get-in price is $33.

The tour will head to the Northeast next week, playing shows in Upstate New York, Maine and Massachusetts. It officially wraps its North American leg on October 4 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Van Halen Tickets Own $211 Average on Secondary Market over Remaining ‘DKOT’ Dates

(UPDATE 7/15/15) The decibel level has risen across North America over the last two weeks with Van Halen launching its “A Different Kind of Truth” Tour in the U.S. and Canada. The iconic stadium rockers are slated to make 37 more stops throughout North America until early-October, and the original duo of David Lee Roth and Eddie Van Halen are producing massive ticket demand on the secondary market.

According to TicketIQ, the average secondary price for Van Halentickets over its remaining tour dates is $210.84. Two of the band’s shows exceed the $300 ticket average – August 9 at PNC Bank Arts Center ($340.08) and October 4 at Hollywood Bowl ($313.23). Other top-priced shows include September 25 at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion ($298.62 avg./$40 get-in) and September 23 at Gexa Energy Pavilion ($296.27 avg./$18 get-in).

Conversely, the tour’s cheapest stop comes on July 30 at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine. The average secondary price for Van Halen Maine tickets is currently $112.11 and get-in price starts at $20. An August 23show at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania has a $125.16 ticket average and $34 get-in.

The “Different Kind of Truth” Tour continues in North America through October 4, when it wraps with a two-show stint at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Kenny Wayne Shepherd is supporting on all dates.

(UPDATE 7/6/15) Iconic rock and roll group Van Halen kicked off its “A Different Kind of Truth” Tour over the weekend, and the band is generating amplified ticket prices on the secondary market. Featuring guitarist Eddie Van Halen and original lead singer David Lee Roth, the tour will play 41 more shows in North America through the beginning of October. Over that time, the average secondary price for Van Halen tickets is $207.14.

The “Runnin’ With the Devil” creators make their most expensive stop on August 9 at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. The average price for Van Halen New Jersey tickets is currently $326.82, 57.7% above tour average, and the get-in price is $43. Other top-priced shows along the three-month tour route includeSeptember 25 at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion ($305.79 avg./$41 get-in), July 20 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre ($301.57 avg./$138 get-in) and September 23 at Gexa Energy Pavilion ($298.45 avg./$18 get-in).

The band’s cheapest date comes on August 23 at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania, where tickets own a secondary average of $127.96 and get-in price is $30. A July 30 stop at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion averages a $128.29 tickets and $35 get-in price. The third cheapest Van Halen show will be held on July 7 at Amphitheater Northwest. That show owns a secondary ticket average of $130.65 and a $34 get-in.

Van Halen is touring alongside supporting artist Kenny Wayne Shepherd through the summer and early-fall months. The tour officially wraps with back-to-back performances at the Hollywood Bowl on October 3 and 4.
