Jimmy Buffett Tickets Own $190 Average on Secondary Over Five Remaining Summer Shows

(UPDATE 8/13/15) Jimmy Buffett has been rockin’ n’ playin’ all summer long and will wrap his summer tour through North America next Saturday. With five shows remaining, the average price for Jimmy Buffett tickets is $190.39 on the secondary market. The Coral Reefer Band and Huey Lewis and the News will join Buffett on select dates.

The “Margaritaville” singer will play his most expensive show at Jones Beach Theater in New York on August 18. That show currently owns a secondary average of $263.07 and a $58 get-in price. His second most expensive gig comes just two days prior at the Xfinity Center in Massachusetts, where tickets average $223.76 and get-in price starts at $73.

Conversely, Buffet makes his cheapest stop at the First Niagara Pavilion in Buffalo tonight. Tickets for the show average $112.58 and the cheapest is listed for $42. Other cheapest-priced shows come on August 20 at Susquehanna Bank Center ($122.60 avg./$44 get-in) and August 22 at Alpine Valley Music Theatre ($198.99 avg./$55 get-in).

Buffett embarked on the “Rockin’ n’ Playin’” Tour back in April in support of Songs From St. Somewhere, his latest studio effort released in 2013. The album peaked at No. 4 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and No. 22 on the Canadian Albums Chart that year.

Jimmy Buffett Tickets For Rockin’ n’ Playin’ Tour Nearing $200 Average

(UPDATE 4/17) Vacation music favorite Jimmy Buffet will begin his Workin’ n’ Playin’ Tour this Saturday, and the “Margaritaville” singer will be bringing big secondary market ticket prices with him. Across his 15 scheduled dates through the end of October, the average price for Jimmy Buffet tickets on TicketIQ is $192.51.

Buffet will play his most expensive shows on April 24 at Alabama’s Wharf Amphitheater and June 23 at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati. His Alabama show currently owns an average secondary price of $269.32 and get-in price starts at $123. His late-June show in Cincinnati sees a $265.50 average and $46 get-in.

His cheapest shows will be held on June 4 at the Hollywood Casino and at the Sprint Center in Kansas City two days later. The June 4 show owns an average price of $89.33 while the Kansas City show on April 6 sees a $132.28 average on the secondary market.

The Rockin’ n’ Playin’ Tour will conclude at the Hollywood Bowl on October 22. Special guest Huey Lewis and the News will also be on select dates through the summer.

Jimmy Buffett Adds New Dates to Workin’ n’ Playin’ Summer Tour, Huey Lewis Joins

(UPDATE 3/4/15) Jimmy Buffett keeps adding to his 2015 Workin ‘n’ Playin Summer Tour. These added dates also come with a special guest, Huey Lewis and the News. Six dates have been added to the tour with tickets set to go on sale on March 9. Those five dates include May 30 at Toyota Stadium, June 6 at the Sprint Center, August 18 at Nikon Jones Beach, August 20 at Susquehanna Bank Center, October 15 at Santa Barbara Bowl and October 22 at the Hollywood Bowl.

Across 18 shows Jimmy Buffett tickets on the secondary market have an average price of $202.57. The most expensive show will come on April 24 at The Wharf Amphitheatre with an average price of $417.47.

(2/13/15) Jimmy Buffett will be rocking a little longer this summer after adding five more dates to his Workin’ n’ Playin’ Tour on Thursday. 11 shows are now scheduled between April and August, and Parrotheads will now be able to see the legendary performer in St. Louis, Virginia, Cincinnati, Chicago and New Jersey.

The tour begins at San Carlos Theater in Key West, Florida on April 1. It will make four consecutive stops in the Sunshine State, with other dates at the Cruzan Amphitheatre, Amway Center and Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre.

Buffett will then head to New Orleans to play this year’s Jazz and Heritage Festival on April 26. Other venues he’ll hit include the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston, Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in St. Louis, Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati and Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden New Jersey, which serves as his final date of tour on August 20.
