The NFL preseason kicked off this past weekend with the Hall of Fame game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Minnesota Vikings after a long six month offseason.  Week 1 of the preseason schedule begins this Thursday and the top priced NFL tickets on the secondary market this week is this Friday’s game between the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Denver Broncos at CenturyLink Field.  Here’s a breakdown of each top NFL preseason ticket on TicketIQ.

The Seattle Seahawks failed to win this past Super Bowl, but they will open the preseason in another Super Bowl rematch. The demand is so high to see this matchup, it is the only preseason game with an average exceeding $200. They host the Denver Broncos at CenturyLink Field to kick of their preseason, as Seahawks tickets are going for an average price of $209.57 on the secondary market, with the cheapest seat priced at $72.

8/13/15 – Green Bay Packers at New England Patriots | Avg. Price: $126.38 | Get-in Price: $50

The defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots begin their preseason schedule at home in Gillette Stadium when they host the Green Bay Packers.  The Patriots have spent a lot of time in the news this past offseason from the aftermath of Deflategate, which could have a major impact on the Patriots upcoming regular season.  Patriots tickets for the game against the Packers this Thursday have a secondary average price of $126.38, with a get-in price of $50.

8/13/15 – Miami Dolphins at Chicago Bears | Avg. Price: $113.37 | Get-in Price: $28

The Chicago Bears enter this season with a lot of uncertainty after a horrendous 2014 campaign. They now have a new head coach in John Fox with some key departures this offseason and a quarterback in Jay Cutler, who has not lived up to his current contract.  Chicago hosts the Miami Dolphins this Thursday as Bears tickets are going for an average price of $113.37 on the secondary market, with the cheapest seat priced at $28.

8/15/15 – San Francisco 49ers at Houston Texans | Avg. Price: $104.42 | Get-in Price: $29

The Houston Texans will look to improve on a 9-7 season last year and have added some depth on defense and added a quarterback in Brian Hoyer to compete with Ryan Mallett.  However, a devastating injury has already hit the team as running back Arian Foster will miss at least the first half of the season.  Houston begin its preseason this Saturday at NRG Stadium as Texans tickets are going for an average price of $104.42 on the secondary market, with the cheapest seat price at $29.

In the lone game featured this week with tickets at an asking average price of under $100, the Jacksonville Jaguars host the Pittsburgh Steelers this Friday at Everbank Field. Jaguars tickets have an average price of $89.77, with a get-in price of $22.
