(UPDATED 3/31/17) And then there were four.

The 2017 NCAA Tournament has boiled down to four suitors, and Gonzaga, South Carolina, North Carolina and Oregon will travel to Glendale, Arizona with sights set on next Monday's championship game. Before that happens, however, they'll battle at University of Phoenix Stadium on Saturday night, and Final Four tickets on the resale market are posting big prices in the days leading up to tip-off.

On TicketIQ, All Sessions Passes, which include access to both Final Four games and the championship game on Monday, are averaging $1,824. That makes this season's All Sessions Pass the second most expensive the company has tracked since 2011. As of Friday afternoon, it is slightly cheaper than 2015's event at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, where All Sessions Passes averaged $1,985. The cheapest All Sessions Pass for this year's Final Four and championship game is currently listed from $363.

For those looking to attend individual games, Session 1 on Saturday (includes access to both Final Four games) owns an average resale ticket price of $1,040. That falls shy of 2015's record-setting Final Four average of $1,109 on TicketIQ. The cheapest tickets to Saturday's Session 1 are $242 each.

While All Sessions Passes and Final Four tickets are setting record price points, next Monday's championship game will actually be the cheapest on average since 2014. Championship game tickets at University of Phoenix Stadium average $581 with a get-in price of $126. 2014's game between UConn and Kentucky at AT&T Stadium owned an average resale price of $426 and $90 get-in price.

The Zags head to their first-ever Final Four on the heels of an 83-59 routing of Xavier at SAP Center over the weekend. They’ll face South Carolina, which also makes its first Final Four appearance, in the earlier matchup on Saturday. North Carolina earned its way to Glendale on a game-winning jump shot from sophomore Luke Maye with three seconds remaining against Kentucky. The Tar Heels move on to face Oregon, who set to play in the Final Four for the first time since 1939.
