The Kansas City Royals have played a forgettable four months of baseball following their World Series win, but their recent winning ways have put them right back in the thick of the postseason race. The team begins the week on an eight-game winning streak and just 3.5 games behind the Baltimore Orioles for the second Wild Card Spot in the American League. With playoff baseball slowly becoming a bigger reality, their trip to Boston this weekend will be a top-priced affair on the secondary ticket market.

Marcus Stroman (9-5) gets the nod for the Jays against the Royals' Ervin Santana (6-10).
