One Direction Tickets for Los Angeles much cheaper than New York
January 28, 2014
One Direction has taken the world by storm these past few years rising from obscurity to become household names and teenage heartthrobs. The boy band originally came together on the UK version of The X Factor after each the five teens failed to make it to the next stage in the Boys category and instead joined up to form One Direction to compete in the Group category under the advice from Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, a guest judge on the show.
While One Direction didn’t win the competition, finishing third, they did win the hearts of millions of girls in the process and were signed to Simon Cowell’s record label SyCo at the conclusion of the show. Since that point, the group has gone on to sell more than 12 million records with all three of their albums reaching #1 on Billboard 200, the only group to ever accomplish such a feat.
In April, One Direction will begin their “Where We Are Tour” in South America before heading back to Europe and finally coming to America in August. One Direction’s US portion of the “Where We Are” Tour will begin at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey where they will play two shows on 8/03 and 8/04 with an average ticket price of $430 and $517 respectively, above the tour average of $329. They’ll also be on the west coast for a significant portion of the tour, with One Direction tickets for Los Angeles at the Rose Bowl going for an average of $329 with a get-in of $79 on September 12th and for $510 with a get-in of $111 on September 13th. The cheapest concert of the entire “Where We Are” tour is the September 25th show which is averaging $233 but has some tickets available for as low as $60.
It’s very possible this could become one of the greatest grossing tours of all-time, so make sure to grab your tickets now while tickets are still available!
