Arctic Monkeys Add Dates To 2014 Tour

Back in September the Sheffield, UK base indie rock band the Arctic Monkeys, released their 5th full length album AM to much critical acclaim. After a lukewarm reception to their 2011 output Suck it and See, The Arctic Monkeys led by their lead single “Do I Wanna Know?” are experience a huge resurgence and demand for Arctic Monkeys tickets for their 2014 tour is strong.
Starting in May the Arctic Monkeys take their tour across the globe first hitting New Zealand on May 2nd in Auckland at the Vector Arena. After a show in Wellington on the 3rd they spend the next ten dates in Australia including shows in Sydney on May 6th at the Entertainment Centre and a show in Melbourne on May 9th at the Rod Laver Arena.
After Australia the Arctic Monkeys play a pair of London shows on May 23rd and 24th at Finsbury Park with opener Tame Impala. After a short break the Arctic Monkeys head over stateside with opener White Denim first stopping at Louisville, Kentucky at the Iroquois Amphitheater on June 14th. They play the annual Firefly Festival in Dover, Delaware on June 20th. The next day the Arctic Monkeys head to Toronto, Canada at the Molson Amphitheatre. White Denim will open the rest of the shows stateside on June 22nd in Cleveland, Ohio at the Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica and on June 24th in Indianapolis, Indiana at The Lawn at White River State Park.
After that the Arctic Monkeys bid farewell to the U.S. and head back to Europe for a string of shows. They start off in Roskilde, Denmark on June 29th for the Roskilde Festival. From July 11th to the 14th the Arctic Monkeys will be at the T in the Park Festival in Kinross, UK. Finally for all the Arctic Monkeys fans in Japanese make sure to buy your tickets for the Summer Sonic Festival on August 16th and 17th with shows in Osaka and Tokyo respectively.
