Crawfish & Sweetlife Festivals Release 2014 Lineups

Sweetlife has announced the lineup for its 2014 music and food festival. Hosted in Columbia, Maryland by East Coast organic food chain Sweetgarden, Sweetlife will be in its fifth year of existence this summer. The festival will take place on May 10 with Sweetlife Festival tickets available starting February 14. The lineup includes a mixture of rock, pop and hip-hop with headliners of Foster the People, Lana Del Rey and 2 Chainz.

Foster the People will be releasing a new album on March 18 and will start touring in April, allowing fans to get acquainted with the new music before the festival. Lana Del Rey fans will have less time to familiarize themselves with new songs as she will release her next album on May 1, just a week and a half before the festival.

The festival will also include an assortment of different food trucks, restaurants, chefs and farmers for tons of food for all the festival goers.

This year will mark the 22nd annual playing of the Crawfish Music Festival in Biloxi, Mississippi. The lineup of music artists for the festival has been released with The Charlie Daniels Band, Dustin Lynch and Three Days Grace as the headliners. The event will be held at the Coast Coliseum over two weekends, Easter weekend of April 17-20 and the next weekend, April 24-27.

Dustin Lynch will be playing as the first big act of the festival on Friday, April 18. Three Days Grace will play the following day on April 19. The Charlie Daniels Band will be playing the final Sunday of the festival on April 27.

The festival draws 52,000 to 55,000 people annually with an emphasis on bringing in families over the eight days of music. Other events surrounding the festival are rides for the kids and the famous Crawfish Cookoff.

Crawfish Festival tickets go on sale February 13 at 10am for Coliseum VIP members and February 14 at 10am for the general public. Face value ticket prices range from $35 for limited reserve seating to $15 for general admission. Children from ages six to 12 get a discounted price of $5, with children five and under able to attend for free.
