Top 5 Upcoming LA Concerts At Staples Center
March 25, 2014
he East Coast has Madison Square Garden, but the West Coast has the Staples Center, the only other arena in America that compares to MSG and might even be busier. Every year the Staples Center sees more than four million guest come through their doors to watch some of the biggest shows in the world. Also near the Staples Center is the Nokia Theater just across town which also attracts big time acts to come play the venue there. With both of these venues catering to so many different events (sports, concerts, award shows etc) they change the way in which they’re set up so be sure to check out both the Staples Center seating chart and Nokia Theater seating chart before you buy tickets. Here we look at the Top 5 Staples Center concerts tickets in the coming weeks and months:

On June 27th the BET Experience will take over the Staples Center with Maxwell and Jill Scott both scheduled to perform and takes the number one concert on our list. 6/29/14 | Mary J. Blige | Avg. Price: $366 | Get-In Price: $98
It’s crazy to think that Mary J. Blige’s record breaking album “My Life” came out twenty years ago in 1994, but it did. Now here we are two decades later and there is still no bigger female R&B singer in the world to go along with her mind blowing 30 Grammy nominations in that timespan. The R&B singer still has legions of adoring fans who have created enough demand to keep prices very high at an average ticket price of $366 and Get-in cost of $98 despite falling by 23% in the past week
5/22/14 | Romeo Santos | Avg. Price: $299 | Get-In Price: $122
Bachata music may have originated in the Dominican Republic but it has since spread beyond its borders and turned into a global dance phenomenon. In the Bachata scene there is no bigger star than former Aventura lead singer Romeo Santos who has been the man behind popularizing Bachata and when he comes to Los Angeles in May it will be for one of the hefty price tag of $299 per ticket with a pricey Get-in of $122 as well.
7/21/14 | Lady Gaga | Avg. Price: $290 | Get-In Price: $61
Lady Gaga is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in music so it makes sense that when her artRAVE tour comes to the Staples Center in late July tickets are amongst the most expensive of the year. Coming in at an average price of $290 Lady Gaga takes the fourth spot on our list of biggest Staples Center concerts of the year but you can Get-in for $61 if you act now.
7/7/14 | Cher | Avg. Price: $254 | Get-In Price: $51
The old adage of “never say never” seems like a pretty fitting way to describe the ageless diva Cher who a decade ago had her Farewell Tour which as it turns out isn’t her final farewell tour. The 67 year old pop goddess is back at it once again for the first time since 2004 with her most recent Dressed to Kill Tour to promote the release of her dance themed album Closer to the Truth which came out last year. Cher will make her debut at the Staples Center for her latest tour on July 7th where tickets are averaging $254 with a reasonable Get-in of $51.
The Staples Center is one of the biggest and busiest arenas in the world with three professional sports teams and a gluttony of concerts taking place there all the time with new shows being added there every day so be sure to check back here regularly to see when your favorite artist plays there. Tomorrow, we'll be taking a look at some more events on the Los Angeles concert schedule, this time focusing on Nokia Theatre tickets.
