Top 5 MLS Tickets Of The Week (4/7)

Major League Soccer kicked off its 19th season just last month and has gotten off to a surprising start of the regular season, as the power rankings of the league have dramatically changed through just a few games.  The New York Red Bulls, winners of the Supporters Shield last season in the Eastern Conference, are off to a rocky start and currently stand at the 9th seed. The defending champions Sporting Kansas City are off to a solid start but trail by a game to Toronto FC and Columbus Crew for the top two seeds in the Eastern Conference. The top five games of the week feature some of the top teams in the country.

4/12/14- Colorado Rapids vs Toronto FC | Avg. Price: $93 | Get in Price: $39

Toronto FC tickets are up 6 % over the past week as both teams have gotten off to solid starts in the first month of the season.  Colorado Rapids will visit BMO Field in a matchup between East and West has both teams look to continue their strong starts as both are hungry for a playoff run this year.

4/12/14- Vancouver Whitecaps vs LA Galaxy | Avg. Price: $76 | Get in Price: $21

The Whitecaps are coming off a mediocre season in 2013 and will look to rebound this year as they visit the LA Galaxy who are off to a slow start at the start of their 2014 campaign.  LA Galaxy tickets are up 8% over the past week.

4/12/14- Chivas USA vs Portland Timbers | Avg. Price $54 | Get in Price: $29

The Portland Timbers are coming off a Supporters Shield winning season in the Western Conference in 2013 but are now winless in its first 5 games this year.  The Timbers will look to back to its winning ways as they host the Chivas USA who are coming off a dismal 2013 season winning only 6 games.  Portland Timber tickets are down 27 % over the past week for this matchup of two Western Conference teams.

4/12/14- Real Salt Lake vs Philadelphia Union | Avg. Price: $44 | Get in Price: $20

Philadelphia Union tickets are down 8 % for this week as they will host an undefeated Real Salt Lake team in a matchup between East and West.  The Union are hungry for a postseason berth after not making the 5 team cut last year.  Real Salt Lake is still a team to beat in the Western Conference as they continue their quest for a second MLS Cup.

4/12/14- Houston Dynamo vs New England Revolution | Avg. Price: $43 | Get in Price: $10

The Houston Dynamo and New England Revolution are both coming off a respectable 2013 season.  Both teams made it to the postseason respectively, and while it’s still early in the year both teams are off to slow starts.  New England Revolution tickets are up 2 % over the past week for this matchup between two Eastern Conference rivals.
