The Pittsburgh Penguins got off to a strong start at the beginning of the season, but heading into the All-Star break, the Penguins play has dipped as of late with inconsistencies on offense in the past month in which they’ve dropped a lot games during that stretch.  However, despite some mid-season struggles, the Penguins are second in the Metropolitan Division trailing behind the New York Islanders.

The most expensive Penguins game on their remaining home schedule is March 14 meeting with Boston Bruins. Penguins tickets in this game have a current average price of $290.58 on the secondary market, a 49.5% premium above the home average for the Penguins at Consol Energy Center.  The least expensive ticket to get into this game is priced at $106.

For the least expensive game on the Penguins remaining home schedule, a February 19 meeting with the Columbus Blue Jacket have a current average price of $142.48. On the secondary market, that’s a 26.6% decrease compared to the Penguins home average as the get in price of this game is $52.

The Penguins are definitely in the hunt for the playoff race but need to play a lot better than they've been playing the past few weeks including playing and defeating some of the better teams in the league going forward.
