Scott Weiland And The Wildabouts Announce 2015 Tour Dates

Iconic rocker Scott Weiland is embarking on a solo tour with his new backing band the Wildabouts next month. Weiland is most known for being the frontman of hit rock bands Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver with such hits as “Creep”, “Big Empty”, and “Slither”. The singer and the Wildabouts will release his new solo album Blastdrive on March 31st. It's Weiland's first original solo album since 2008's "Happy" in Galoshes.

The tour starts on February 22nd in Scottsdale, Arizona at Pub Rock. On the 27th Weiland will play the Double Door in Chicago before closing out the month of February on the 28th in Flint, Michigan at the Machine Shop. On March 3rd the tour heads to Atlanta, Georgia for a show at the Masquerade. That show has the cheapest average ticket price of only 487.33, slightly lower than the tour average of $95.02. On the 10th Scott Weiland will play New York City at Gramercy Theatre. On March 14th the tour hits Boston, Massachusetts at the Brighton Music Hall which is the last before a series of festival appearances and the most expensive of the tour with an average ticket price of $120. On April 25th Weiland will be at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville, Florida and on May 16th at the Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, Ohio. Finally Scott Weiland will visit his home state of California at the BottleRock Music Festival in Napa Valley on May 20th. A full list of tour dates can be seen below:
