# Top Broadway Tickets Of The Week (1/19)

The top Broadways shows this week remain in high demand for tickets in the secondary market as three shows this week have an asking average price over $600.  “Newsical” is the top priced Broadway show this week as theatre fans will be familiar with the top shows line up as they have been featured numerous times in weeks past.  Here are the top 5 tickets for Broadway shows according to TicketIQ.

 

**1/24/15- Newsical | Avg. Price: $717.50 | Get-in Price: $632**

For the second straight week, “Newsical” is featured in the top shows list and represents the top priced Broadway show.  The 90 minute comedy show is a hilarious segment that makes fun of current events, celebrities, and politicians through songs and sketch comedies.  [“Newsical” tickets](http://www.tiqiq.com/newsical-the-musical-tickets) this Saturday at the Kirk Theatre have a current average price of $717.50 in the secondary market, with a get in price of $632.

 

**1/23/15 - Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nigthttime | Avg. Price: $678.80 | Get-in Price: $632**

The “[Curious Incident](http://www.tiqiq.com/theater/the-curious-incident-tickets)” is featured in the top shows list for the third straight week as Friday’s showing at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre have tickets in the secondary market at an average price of $678.80, with a get in price of $632 as tickets are now up 26% over the past week.

**1/21/15 - Elephant Man | Avg. Price: $622.05 | Get-in Price: $305**

“Elephant Man” makes a return to the lineup after a brief hiatus as two time Academy Award Nominee Bradley Cooper stars in this Bernard Pomerance’s Tony Award winning classic.  [“Elephant Man” tickets](http://www.tiqiq.com/the-elephant-man-tickets) for this Wednesday showing at the Booth Theatre have a current secondary average price of $622.05, with a get in price of $305.

 

**1/21/15 - Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder | Avg. Price: $521.67 | Get-in Price: $508**

Winner of nine Tony Awards and regarded as one of the best musicals, the “[Book of Mormon](http://www.tiqiq.com/theater/the-book-of-mormon-tickets)” will have a showing this Saturday at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre where tickets have a current average price of $481.47 in the secondary market, with a get in price of $237.
