This week in top hard rock and metal shows start with Billy Idol playing a show at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. Also on the 28th Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens co-headlining tour stops at the Showbox Sodo in Seattle, Washington. On the 29th metal bands August Burns Red and Memphis May I at the Bronson Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  On January 30th Seether and Papa Roach stop at the Bayou Music Center in Houston, Texas. Finally on the 31st Extreme will be at the Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan.

1/28 Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens at the Showbox SoDo - Limited Tickets Available

Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens will take their co-headlining tour to the Showbox SoDo in Seattle, Washington this week on the 28th. Sleeping with Sirens will put out their new album Madness some time this year while Pierce the Veil will release as still untitled album this year as well. The tour will be in the pacific northwest for a show on the 27th at the Roseland Theater and then heading south with a show in Magna, Utah at the Great Saltair on the 20th and Denver, Colorado at the Fillmore on the 31st

 

1/31 Extreme at Firekeepers Casino - Limited Tickets Available

Extreme who most famously put out acoustic ballad “More Than Words” in 1991 is on tour this week with a show at Firekeepers Casino this week on the 31st in Battle Creek, Michigan. The band led by Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt Extreme is touring in support of the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album Pornograffiti. The tour will also makes stops this week in Cincinnati, Ohio at Bogart’s on the 27th, Chicago, Illinois at the House of Blues, and in Minneapolis, Minnesota at Mill City Nights on the 29th.

1/28 Billy Idol at the Beacon Theatre - Average Ticket Price $206.48 | Get-in: $100

1980’s icon Billy Idol  will perform at the historic Beacon Theatre in New York City on January 28th. This is part of the singer’s “Kings and Queens of the Underground tour” which is in support of the album of the same name released back in November. The average ticket price for this show is set at $206.48 and the lowest get-in price at $100. The singer of “White Wedding” and “Dancing With Myself” will also play The Wellmont Theatre in Montclair, New Jersey on the 29th and the Orpheum Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts on the 31st.

 

1/29 August Burns Red & Memphis May Fire at the Bronson Centre - Limited Tickets Available

Metalcore bands August Burns Red and Memphis May Fire will be at the Bronson Centre this week on the 29th in Ottawa, Canada. August Burns Red last released Rescue & Restore in 2013 but have a new album in the works for this year. Memphis May Fire put out Unconditional last year. The tour has more stops in Canada this week with a show on the 30th in Toronto at the Phoenix Theatre and on the 31st in London at the London Music Hall.

 

1/30 Seether & Papa Roach at the Bayou Music Center - Limited Tickets Available

The co-headlining tour of Seether and Papa Roach is hitting the Bayou Music Center in Houston Texas this week on the 30th. Seether put out Isolate and Medicate last year while Papa Roach will put out F.E.A.R. early this year. Fans should still hear hits from both bands such as “Gasoline” and “Last Resort”. After this show the tour heads to Gilley’s in Dallas, Texas on the 31st.
