This week in Rock and Metal will feature some killer shows by some of the best in the business. On January 8th funk metal outfit Clutch will be at the House of Blues in Dallas. On the 9th Black Label Society and Hatebreed will be at the Metropolis in Montreal while the Seether and Papa Roach’s tour heads to the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. On the 10th Led Zeppelin tribute band Led Zeppelin 2 will be at the Fillmore Silver Spring and on the 11th black metal band Mayhem will play at the Royale in Boston.

1/9 Black Label Society, Hatebreed, Butcher Babies at Metropolis Montreal - Get-in Price: $41

Black Label Society is still on their brutal tour with Hatebreed and Butcher Babies. This week on the 9th they will be at the Metropolis in Montreal, Canada. The show has a lowest get-in price of only $41. Black Label Society put out Catacombs of the Black Vatican in 2014 while Hatebreed and Butcher Babies put out new records in 2013. The bands will stop in Ontario before it makes its way to Quebec earlier in the week with a show on the 7th at the London Music Hall in London and on the 8th at the Kool Haus in Toronto.

1/10 Led Zeppelin 2 at the Fillmore Silver Spring - Get-in Price: $39

Led Zeppelin 2 is a Led Zeppelin cover band dedicated to spreading the music of Zeppelin that made them so popular in the 70’s. This week Led Zeppelin 2 are playing at the Fillmore in Silver Spring, Maryland on the 10th. The band will also play New York City on the 9th in Manhattan at the Gramercy Theatre. Fans can expect to hear from this four-piece many classic Zeppelin songs including “The Immigrant Song” and “Stairway To Heaven”.

1/9 Seether and Papa Roach at the House of Blues Myrtle Beach  - Average Ticket Price: $75.80 | Get-in: $52

Hard rock bands Seether and Papa Roach are on tour and will play the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach this week on the 9th. This show has an average ticket price of $75.80 but fans will be able to get in for $52. Seether most known for their hit single “Broken” put out Isolate and Medicate last year. Papa Roach won over fans a decade ago with their singles “Last Resort” and “Scars”. This is the first show of this co-headlining tour with a show on the 10th in Orlando, Florida at Hard Rock Live.

1/8 Clutch at the House of Blues Dallas - Limited Tickets Available

Funk metal outfit Clutch will be playing this week on January 8th at the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas. The band last put out Earth Rocker in 2013 though plan to record a new record after this tour. Fans should be on the lookout at shows for new songs. Clutch along with sludge metal opener Torche will also be at the House of Blues New Orleans on the 6th and the House of Blues Houston on the 7th.

1/11 Mayhem at the Royale Boston - Average Ticket Price: $54.10 | Get-in: $27

Infamous Norwegian black metal band Mayhem is on tour and will be at the Royale in Boston, Massachusetts this week on the 11th. The average price for this show is set at $54.10 though fans can get in for as low as $27. The band put out Esoteric Warfare in 2014, their fifth overall. Mayhem will be in New York City on the 10th at Webster Hall, on the 9th at Baltimore Soundstage in Baltimore, and on the 8th at Union Transfer in Philadelphia.
