Europe Announces 2015 North American Tour
February 26, 2015
Swedish rock stars Europe are embarking on a short tour this spring in support of their new album War of Kings due out next month. Though the band is most known in the U.S. for their third album The Final Countdown, they have been making music consistently since their reunion over 10 years ago. Europe will literally embark on their tour on April 18th for the Monster of Rock cruise which departs Miami and heads to the Bahamas before returning to Miami on the 22nd. This cruise features heavy acts Lita Ford, Night Ranger, and Tesla. Once back on land Europe will head to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a show at the Potawatomi Casino on April 24th. On the 25th the band will play at the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio which has the least expensive average ticket price of $46, compared to the tour average of $65.42. On the 28th the tour heads to the House of Blues in Chicago for a show with Black Star Riders. Both bands will play New York City on the 30th with a show at Irving Plaza. Europe and Black Star Riders will play one more show together in Niagara Fall, New York on May 1st at The Bear’s Den. That show has the most expensive average ticket price of $74.12. Europe's short tour will come to an end on May 3rd with a show in Uncasville, Connecticut at Mohegan Sun.
