Hip-hop artist J. Cole will tour North America this spring in support of his latest album 2014 Forest Hills Drive. The 30-year-old has announced dates for the first leg of the tour, known as “Act 1 - Hometown”, the Forest Hills Drive Tour will run through 20 U.S. cities in March and April.
While no official venues have been announced just yet, Cole has announced each city he’ll hit during his two-month stint on the road. The tour kicks off in Eugene, Oregon on March 2and makes west coast stops in Boise, Salt Lake City, Santa Ana and Tucson through March 10. It will play multiple dates in Louisiana and Alabama and ultimately conclude in Providence, Rhode Island on April 7.
The first leg of tour will target small-market cities that often go unnoticed on major label tours. Bas, Cozz and Omen will support J. Cole on all upcoming dates.
2014 Forest Hills Drive has sold more than 910,000 records since its release last December. The subsequent tour will likely be his biggest yet and more dates are soon to be announced as the first leg inches closer.
