English shoegaze band Swervedriver has a new album coming out in March I Wasn’t Born to Lose You led by the singles “Setting Sun” and “Autodidact”. This is the band’s first new album since 1998’s 99th Dream. The tour kicks off on March 1st in Costa Mesa, California at the Maison. On the 5th the band will play in nearby Los Angeles at the Roxy Theatre and at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on the 6th. Working its way up the coast the tour hits Seattle, Washington on March 8th at Neumo’s Crystal Ball. On March 14th Swervedriver will hit Chicago at a TBA venue and on the 15 at the Pyramid Scheme in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The band will appear at the South by Southwest Music Festival on March 20th in Austin, Texas. On the 25th the band will be in Washington D.C. at the Rock & Roll Hotel. Swervedriver will play Brooklyn, New York on the March 27th at the Music Hall of Williamsburg and the last show of the tour is on the 30th in Manhattan at NYC’s Mercury Lounge.
