2015 Steelers Schedule: Ravens Most Expensive, Bengals Least Expensive Home Opponents
April 21, 2015
In 2014, the Pittsburgh Steelers did enough to make the playoffs. They did not, however, do enough to get past the rival Baltimore Ravens in the Wild Card round. Pittsburgh finished the 2014 season with an 11-5 record, enough to win the AFC North. Home field advantage was not enough to stop a sloppy 30-17 loss to the Ravens. The Steelers were without Le’Veon Bell for that game due to an injury and will be without the star running back for the first three games of 2015 due to a suspension.
Bell will be back before Pittsburgh hosts Baltimore during the 2015 regular season at Heinz Field. The two rivals will square off in Pittsburgh during Week 4 for a Thursday Night Football game. The get-in price for the game is currently $157, making it the most expensive home game on the Steelers schedule. In the last six regular season meetings, the Steelers and Ravens have split with three wins each. Pittsburgh has won the past two regular season matchups at Heinz Field.

The Steelers are scheduled to host one other prime time game, Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts. Steelers vs Colts tickets have a get-in price of $150. A divisional game against the Cincinnati Bengals will be the least expensive game at Heinz Field this season during Week 8. Steelers vs Bengals tickets have a get-in price of $130.
Pittsburgh will have a new look of defense when they open the season. Long time secondary players Polamalu and Ike Taylor retiring this offseason, as did pass rusher Jason Worilds. In recent seasons, the Steelers have transformed from a dominant defensive team to an offensive juggernaut behind Roethlisberger, Bell and Antonio Brown.
