Van Halen Adds Shows in NY and LA to 2015 Summer Tour

(UPDATE 5/13/15) Overwhelming ticket demand has prompted legendary stadium rockers Van Halen to add a pair of dates to their upcoming summer tour. The band will now make a third New York stop at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on August 15 and travel to Los Angeles for a show at the Hollywood Bowl on October 4.
The tour officially kicks off on July 5 at Seattle's White River Amphitheatre and concludes with the newly added gig in Los Angeles. 41 dates are scheduled in total over the three-month road stint.

Van Halen Announce North American Summer Tour

(3/25/15) Van Halen will embark on a North American tour this summer and is bringing the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band along for the ride. The iconic rock band is set to perform in amphitheaters and pavilions from July to October, with a March 30 stop as the musical guest on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” also scheduled.


The tour begins at the White River Amphitheatre in Seattle on July 5 and will run over 39 dates through October 2, when it wraps at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Other notable stops on the tour itinerary include the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, Hershey Park in Pennsylvania, Austin360 Amphitheatre and Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix.

The quartet will make two stops in Canada over the four-month stretch. Those shows will be held at the Western Fair District in London, Ontario on August 5 and Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto on August 7.

The band will be performing with David Lee Roth at the helm, though original bassist Michael Anthony won’t be featured on the tour. Eddie, Alex and Wolfgang Van Halen will round out the band’s roster on the upcoming summer run.

Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Saturday, April 4 via Ticketmaster and Live Nation.
