Nearing End Of Tour, Volbeat & Anthrax Tickets Average $90 On Secondary Market

(UPDATE 5/19/15) With their joint tour winding down, some of the last Volbeat & Anthrax tour date carry the greatest demand on the secondary market.
The average asking price for the remaining dates is $90, with the tour finale June 2nd at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City featuring the highest ticket prices at a $125 average. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Wednesday's performance at the Aragon Ballroom is the cheapest remaining date with an average asking price of $59.

With Tour Kick Off Tonight, Volbeat & Anthrax Tickets Averaging $75 On Secondary Market
(UPDATE 4/24/15) One of metal's most anticipated spring tours gets started tonight at the 1stBank Center in Colorado as Volbeat and Anthrax begin their joint tour. A majority of the dates have a healthy secondary market, and the average asking price is $75.37.
April 28th at Adams Event Center in Montana is the cheapest date of the trek, with a $64.30 average price. Conversely, May 27th at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie is most expensive at an $112.99 average.

Volbeat and Anthrax Announce 2015 Tour Dates
(10/29/14) Danish rock band Volbeat just finished up their sold-out tour with Five Finger Death Punch and have already announced their plan to return to North America next year. This time going on tour with Anthrax, the bands will head out on tour starting in April while presale for tickets goes live on Halloween (10/31).
The tour which will also feature opening act Crobot will start on April 24th at the 1stBank Center in Denver, Colorado. On the 29th the bands will play Seattle, Washington at the WaMu Theatre before heading to Canada for the first half of May. On May 2nd the tour hits Edmonton, Alberta with a show at Rexall Place, which has the highest average ticket price of $89 though with a tour average price of $82.55 the difference is not significant. On the 4th Volbeat and Anthrax will play a show in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at the SaskTel Centre. This show has the lowest ticket price average of $66.50. on May 20th the tour heads to Chicago, Illinois where the bands will play the Aragon Ballroom.
The tour will come to an end on June 2nd when Anthrax will play their hometown of New York City with Volbeat at the Hammerstein Ballroom. With no other show in the tri-state or Northeast area this show is a cant miss for the diehard fans whose cities are skipped on this tour.
