US Women's Soccer Set For Olympic Qualifying Round; Tickets Start At $40

The road to the 2016 Olympics starts Tuesday night for the US Women’s National Soccer Team. The first of three Olympic qualifying matches in Group A will take place against Costa Rica at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. All three qualifying matches to be played over the first round of qualifying will be at Toyota Stadium.
Heading into the tournament, the USWNT will be looking to make its sixth-straight Olympics and its fourth straight Olympic Qualifying Tournament Championship.
Tuesday night will see the US take on Costa Rica for a match that will feature the least expensive tickets on the secondary market. The current average price is $84.79 with a get-in price of $43. The night will also feature a match between Puerto Rico and Mexico.
On Saturday, February 13, USWNT will take on Mexico at 3:30CT for the second match of the qualifying round. The matinee will also feature Costa Rica taking on Puerto Rico. The average price for that match is the most expensive of the three at $127.71 with a get-in price of $74.
The final US match of the round will be played on Monday night, February 15, at 7:30CT against Puerto Rico, while Mexico takes on Costa Rica. The current average price on the secondary market is $89.30 with a get-in price of $39.
Group A’s top two teams will advance to the next stage, along with the top two teams from Group B. That group will be playing its first round of games at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, where the Semifinals and the Final of the Olympic Qualifying will be held. Group B consists of Canada, Guatemala, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana.
The semifinals will be held Friday, February 19 and tickets have an average price of $137.73 with a get-in price of $109. The winners will advance to the final, which will be played on Sunday, February 21. The average price is currently $158.25 with a get-in price of $115.
