Bieber Mania is in full force as the "Purpose" World Tour rolls on, and it's no surprise that the Canadian pop heartthrob is generating massive demand for his stops in the Golden State this week. Joining him on this week's top concerts list is Rihanna, whose "Anti" World Tour with Travis Scott kicked off over the weekend. Billy Joel finds himself in the middle of the pack for his monthly show at New York City's Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.

3/18/16 Justin Bieber @ Oracle Arena | Avg. Price: $413.98 | Get-in: $167
Oakland's Oracle Arena has been home to the Golden State Warriors' historic run this season, and the venue will host Bieber for a sold-out show this Friday night. As it stands now, the average price for Justin Bieber tickets on the secondary market is now $413.98 for the NorCal Show. If looking just get in, the cheapest ticket is listed for $167. The Purpose World Tour continues in the U.S. and Canada through July 19 and concludes with a two-night stay at Madison Square Garden.
3/15/16 Billy Joel @ Madison Square Garden | Avg. Price: $347.07 | Get-in: $95
The Piano Man returns to Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday for the latest installment in his monthly MSG residency. The iconic singer continues to post massive ticket demand on the secondary market, and this week's show at The World's Most Famous Arena will be no different. Billy Joel tickets at Madison Square Garden for his March show currently average $347.07 and the get-in price starts from $95. Joel will play MSG each month through November and will likely extend his record-breaking residency into 2017.
3/15/16 Justin Bieber @ Sleep Train Arena | Avg. Price: $322.33 | Get-in: $156
Before rocking Oakland to kick-start the weekend, the Biebs will play Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento on Tuesday. Ticket prices won't be much cheaper in Sactown, however, as tickets currently average $322.33 and the get-in price is listed from $156. Both shows this week won't come close to serving as his most expensive show, though - an April 9 gig at Houston's Toyota Center will be Bieber's top-priced show with a $810.73 average and $367 get-in price.

After postponing her Anti World Tour last month, Rihanna officially kicked things off in Jacksonville on Saturday, the first of 41 scheduled shows in North America. She'll head to U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati this Saturday for what will be the fourth most expensive show of the week. Rihanna tickets at U.S. Bank Arena currently average $306 and the cheapest ticket is listed for $89 on the secondary market. The "Work" singer remains in the U.S. and Canada through the middle of May.

Cincinnati won't be the only city experiencing big demand for Rihanna tickets this week. The pop star is slated to hit American Airlines Arena in Miami on Tuesday, and that show will round out this week's top concerts list. Rihanna tickets in Miami currently own a secondary market average of $305.02. Looking just to get in? The cheapest ticket starts from $75.
