Blake Shelton Plots 2016 Fall Tour Dates

(UPDATE 4/19/16) Blake Shelton will be packing up the tour bus again this fall. The country star, who embarked on an eleven-show run across the U.S. in the wintertime, has revealed another thirteen shows set to be held between September and October. Blake Shelton tickets on the secondary market were in high demand for his brief stint across the country earlier this year, so fans can expect to pay up again when the singer heads back on the road in September.

The tour kicks off with back-to-back shows at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City on September 9 and 10. It will run through the Midwest and wrap with a Northeast swing in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire before concluding with consecutive shows at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 7 and 8.

Blake Shelton's 2016 Winter Run Will Be His Most Expensive Tour Yet

(UPDATE 2/18/16) Country music heavyweight Blake Shelton will hit the road for a winter run of shows tonight in Cleveland, and the month-long run is garnering massive ticket demand on the secondary market. In fact, Blake Shelton tickets on his 2016 Winter Tour are in such high demand that the North American jaunt serves as the most expensive headlining tour of his career.

According to TicketIQ the average price for Blake Shelton tickets is now $139.33. That marks a 3% boost on average from his Ten Times Crazier Tour, which ran between 2013 and 2015. Shelton has seen the average ticket price rise with each subsequent tour since his All About Tonight Tour in 2011. Over that run, tickets averaged $116.12 - making his upcoming winter run 20% more expensive on average.

Shelton will play two shows that currently own a secondary market ticket average above $200. Those shows will be held on March 18 at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, PA ($396.92 avg./$148 get-in) and February 26 at Sprint Center in Kansas City ($205.54 avg./$64 get-in). Conversely, the upcoming run will see just one show average below $100 on March 3 at FedExForum, where tickets average $97.67 and the get-in price is $29.

Blake Shelton Reveals 2016 Winter Tour Dates

(ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED 10/9/15) Country star Blake Shelton is loading up the tour bus for a road stint this winter. The "Sangria" singer on Friday announced initial dates on his 2016 winter trek across the U.S., which will run between February and March. 11 dates in total have been announced thus far.

The tour kicks off on February 18 U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati and culminate on March 19 at CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh. Notable city stops include Detroit, Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis and Nashville. The tour will run in support of Reloaded: 20 #1 Hits, Shelton's upcoming album that showcases many of his biggest songs. A brand new album of original content is slated to be released next year.
