On October 13, some of the biggest names in music will join forces to honor the legendary Prince in the singer's hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota for a Prince tribute concert. The lineup will feature iconic artists like Stevie Wonder, Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, John Mayer, Tori Kelly, Anita Baker, Doug E. Fresh, Luke James, Bilal, Morris Day & The Time, Judith Hill, Liv Warfield, and Mint Condition. The event, which has been sanctioned by the late singer's family, will be held at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

Tickets for the Prince Tribute Concert ranged from $19.99 to $152.50 on Ticketmaster, but sold out instantly. On the resale market, tickets for the tribute are currently averaging $261, with the cheapest ticket starting at just $75.

Prince, whose full name was Prince Rogers Nelson, died April 21 at age 57, after being found unresponsive in an elevator at Paisley Park, his home and recording studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Toxicology tests later concluded that the singer died from an accidental overdose.

Prince was a seven-time Grammy winner best known for his plethora of hits like "Little Red Corvette," "When Doves Cry," and "Let’s Go Crazy." His most revered album, Purple Rain, sold more than 13 million copies in the United States alone.

Tickets for the Prince Tribute Concert are by far the priciest for any of the concerts scheduled at the Xcel Energy Center for the month of October. The next-most expensive concert scheduled for the month is slated to be Pentatonix on October 26, followed very closely by Def Leppard on October 5.
