Justin Bieber has announced the preliminary dates for a North American stadium tour set to launch next August. The Canadian-born pop singer debuted the news on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday. So far, the tour will begin August 5th in Pasadena, California and wrap up on September 5th in Toronto.
Bieber has spent the majority of 2016 out on the road in support of Purpose, his fourth studio album. The Purpose World Tour has played mostly large arenas in the U.S. & in Europe since kicking off March 9. Thus far, Bieber has performed in 64 American and 52 international dates, and he will perform in Miami Beach on New Year's Eve before launching another international leg in February.
Although ticket details are still in the works, Bieber & Co will donate $1 from each ticket sale to Pencils of Promise, a charity devoted to building schools in developing countries.
