Floor sections range from row A to row P and have upto 14 seats. Lower level sections have rows upto 24 seats and start from 101 to 120. The other courtside sections include the Low Post, High Post, Premier Baseline, Baseline Loft & Champions Club seats. The Champion Club seats are located in sections 104-107 & 114-117. The upper-level section extends from 301 to 330. The upper level also consists of Mezzanine, balcony and loft seats.

On average, the 200s sections arise at row A and end at row K. Major rows in 200 sections have 30 seats per row. The section begins with 201 and provides extra comforts, including wait service. Club Level and North Terrace Lounge are additional facilities accessible in 200 section.

One by eight section at Chesapeake Energy Arena is reserved for handicapped. For hearing-impaired guests, assistive listening devices are made available at no charge just near Section 105. Section 112 is particularly reserved for nursing mothers, visually-impaired and handicapped. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for guests requiring assistance.
