Hurricanes Mobile Ticketing Info
PNC offers mobile ticketing via the Ticketmaster app, which is available at the App Store or Google Play, and allows fans to manage tickets. Printed tickets are not allowed at PNC Arena. The arena also provides Wi-Fi for fans and upgraded it during the 2018 offseason.

- No bags are permitted into NHL games.
- Wallets and wristlets smaller than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted and subject to pass through x-ray machines. Guests with small wristlets or clutches must enter at the South Entrance adjacent to VIP for x-ray screening.
- Parenting and medical bags are permitted; these bags will be scanned and tagged.
