Phillies 2021 Attendance Policy 

The Phillies will welcome fans back to Citizens Bank Park in 2021. After starting the season with limited attendance, the Phillies began operating at full capacity starting on June 4th. 

What Are 2021 Phillies Season Ticket & Mini Plan Options

Season tickets and partial plans are available directly from the team.

Season tickets range in price from $1,630 for Terrace Deck section 412-428 to $12,555 for Diamond Club. These seats are in Sections A-G, Rows 5-9, behind home plate, and include lounge access and other amenities. The Phillies are also offering five partial plans, including the Sunday Plan.  This plan include between 14-17 games, most against National League teams.

Face Coverings

Beginning May 21, fans will no longer be required to wear masks while in the seating bowl and outdoor areas at Citizens Bank Park. All fans must wear masks in indoor spaces including the Diamond Club, retail stores, elevators and restrooms. Fans who are unvaccinated are strongly encouraged to continue wearing masks at all times. This is consistent with recent guidelines established by the City of Philadelphia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Social Distancing

  • Fans are encouraged to practice social distancing inside and outside of Citizens Bank Park.
  • Capacity at Citizens Bank Park will be reduced to meet local, state, and MLB guidelines until June 10. Beginning June 12, Citizens Bank Park will return to full capacity.
  • Lines at gates, concessions stands, retail stores, and restrooms will utilize floor markers to maintain proper distancing.
  • Elevator capacities have been reduced to assist with distancing.

Through June 10, tailgating will NOT be permitted in any parking lot. Parking lots will open two hours prior to the scheduled start time. Beginning June 12, tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, & N. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open 5 hours prior to the schedule start time. Non-tailgating lots will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Phillies Mobile Ticketing Policy

Fans can access their mobile tickets at Citizens Bank Park with the MLB Ballpark app, which allows fans to buy, sell and transfer tickets. Tickets can be scanned via a mobile device at the turnstile when entering the park.
