Lil Wayne and Blink-182 2019 Tour Onsale and Ticket Prices

A Blink-182/Lil Wayne co-headlining tour was announced this morning with the onsale planned for May 10th.  While somewhat of a surprising combination, Lil Wayne has worked and toured with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. They both love skateboarding -- Lil Wayne, even has a semi-regular presence at the Skatepark in Tampa, as reported by the Tampabay.com. 

The rapper and pop-punks will play roughly 40 shows together from June to September. Tickets go onsale at Ticketmaster.com on May 10th with prices starting at $37.50 The two bands announced the tour with a short mashup of “What’s My Age Again?”  and “A Milli, which you can see here.

(UPDATE 1/21/16) The ongoing feud between Lil Wayne and longtime friend and business partner Birdman has left fans wondering if and when Tha Carter V will ever be released, but Weezy will try to look past his legal troubles as he launches "The Dedication" Tour in El Paso tonight. The six-week trek across the U.S., which features support from Rae Sremmurd, will hit cities Wayne has rarely visited on past tours.

On the secondary market, it appears that the rapper is garnering a significant demand for tickets across all 19 dates. According to TicketIQ the average price for Lil Wayne tickets on "The Dedication" Tour is $114.43. Below is a look at the 33-year-old's most expensive and least expensive tour dates over the winter run:

Wayne makes his most expensive stop at Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on March 1. That show currently owns a secondary market average of $133.80 and the cheapest ticket is listed for $74. Other top-priced shows include Toyota Oakdale Theatre on February 5 ($133.54 avg./$37 get-in) and Blue Cross Arena on February 20 ($125.05 avg./$48 get-in).

Conversely, the cheapest stop comes on January 28 at Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi, where tickets average $82.13 and the get-in price is $36. Only three other shows average below $100 on the secondary market - January 31 at CenturyLink Center ($85.85), January 21 at El Paso County Coliseum ($88.85) and January 29 at Cajundome ($99.70).

Lil Wayne Announces 'The Dedication' Tour Dates

(ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED 12/1/15) Lil Wayne is pulling out all the stops at the end of 2015. Fresh off the release of No Ceilings 2 last week, Wayne has revealed the initial dates on "The Dedication" Tour. The "Lollipop" rapper will play U.S. dates between January and March of next year, making 19 stops along the way. Rae Sremmurd will join at all dates.

Tickets for all dates go on sale to the general public on Saturday, December 12 at 10 a.m. An exclusive presale will be made available to Citi cardmembers beginning Wednesday, December 9 at 12 p.m. and concluding December 11 at 10 p.m.
