2024 NFL Pro Bowl Games Format
The NFL Pro Bowl will have a new format that began in 2023, which included several skills competitions and three flag football games. The new skills competitions include:
- The Gridiron Gauntlet: A full-field relay race featuring six AFC players versus six NFC players.
- Move the Chains: A strength and speed challenge featuring offensive and defensive linemen.
- Best Catch Finals: Two players selected by fans from the skills events will face off to see who earns the title of best catch.
There will also be a Pro Bowl Skills event on February 2nd at the Raiders’ Henderson practice facility, which will air on ESPN. NFL stars will compete against one another in competitions that will include previous fan-favorite challenges and a few new additions.
The 2023 NFL Pro Bowl games will be capped off with three seven-on-seven flag football games feature AFC versus NFC teams. The games will be played on a 50-yard field with 10-yard end zones, and each will have two 20-minute halves.
