Lineup Announced For 2015 Sloss Festival

With the explosion of festivals that has occurred over the past decade, new festivals start to pop up every year. One of those new festivals this year will be Sloss Music & Arts Festival in Birmingham, Alabama. The festival will take place at Sloss Furnaces on July 18 and 19. The two-day festival has announced most of its lineup, which currently includes 25 acts across three stages.

The headliners for the festival are Modest Mouse, Band of Horses and Primus. One other headliner and a few other acts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Sloss Fest tickets are scheduled to go on sale Friday, March 27. Two day passes will start at $105 and will continue to increase in price after a certain number of tickets have been sold. Prices will go up to $135 in advance and will be $150 on the day of the festival.

 

The lineup includes artists across many genres of music, including indie rock, folk and hip-hop. Below is the current announced lineup for Sloss Fest:
