Having just completed a co-headlining tour with Marilyn Manson, the original shock rocker will once again unleash his macabre blend of heavy metal and horror on the unsuspecting North American public this fall following the release of Alice Cooper tickets for a new Raise The Dead tour.
The 65-year-old, who is currently in the midst of a European Terror Tour, will return to his homeland’s live stage on October 13 at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre for a 16-date run which takes in the likes of The Lynn Memorial Auditorium on October 17, Huntington’s Big Sandy Superstore Arena on October 23 and Tulsa’s Brady Theater on November 3, not to mention a Halloween show at the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre on October 31, before concluding at Tacoma’s Emerald Queen Casino on November 15.
Alice Cooper tickets are currently only available for three dates – the October 15 show at Red Bank’s Count Basie Theatre with a get-in and average price of $132, the October 29 concert at Jacksonville’s Florida Theatre ($155/$155) and the November 1 gig at Biloxi’s Beau Rivage Theatre ($93/$164). But be sure to keep checking back for further news on the availability of Alice Cooper tickets.
The recent Masters Of Madness tour alongside his natural successor proved that Cooper still remains one of the most entertaining live acts in rock. Showcasing his iconic sense of the theatrical, his hour-long spectacle featured an array of gruesome visual effects including a 12-foot Frankenstein’s Monster and his signature guillotine trick alongside multiple ghoulish costume changes.
Fans with Alice Cooper tickets were also treated to a career-spanning set-list which included his two US Top 10 hits “School’s Out” and “Poison,” various tracks from his 1973 Billboard chart-topper, Billion Dollar Babies, (“I Love The Dead,” “No More Mr. Nice Guy”) and several numbers from 2011’s Welcome 2 My Nightmare, (“Caffeine,” “I’ll Bite Your Face Off”), his highest-charting record in over twenty years.
But with a new covers album dedicated to the ‘Hollywood Vampires’ of the early-mid 70s on the way, expect to hear Cooper take on several other classic rock anthems including The Who’s “My Generation,” The Jimi Hendrix Experience’s “Foxy Lady” and The Doors’ “Break On Through (To The Other Side).”
