Prices For NFC East Tickets Are The Highest In The NFL

Since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger, The NFC East has been the most successful division, winning 20 NFC Championships and 12 Super Bowls. It is also the only division in which all four teams are in top ten media markets. As a result of that success and big-market coverage, the spotlight shines just a little brighter on the NFC East. At an average price of $260 across all four teams, it is also has the most expensive average price of any division, beating out the NFC North by $3. The high average price this year is also helped by the fact that the Giants, Redskins and Cowboys are all legitimate contenders to win the division. Perhaps the Eagles, under new head coach Chip Kelly can also surprise the pundits and fans to make it a four-way affair.
