Paul Simon & Sting Hit The Road Together On 2014 North American Tour

November 21, 2013

Two very different music legends will hit the road together for the first time next year following the release of Sting and Paul Simon tickets for a co-headlining tour across North America.

Sting and Paul Simon Tickets

Friends for several years, the pair decided to embark on a series of arena shows after performing acoustic versions of Sting’s 1993 signature solo tune, “Fields Of Gold,” and Simon & Garfunkel’s 1969 folk-rock ballad, “The Boxer,” at a benefit concert for The Robin Hood Foundation back in May.

Kicking off at Houston’s Toyota Center on February 8 where tickets are available on TicketIQ at a get-in price of $71 and average price of $417, the Paul Simon & Sting: On Stage Together tour will then take in the likes of Seattle’s KeyArena on Feb 19 ($105/$369), Montreal’s Centre Bell on Feb 28 ($144/$250) and Boston’s TD Garden on March 3 ($85/$291) before wrapping up at Orlando’s Amway Center on Mar 16 ($88/$330).

With an overall average tour price of $326, there are still hundreds of Paul Simon & Sting tickets waiting to be snapped up for most dates on TicketIQ with the Mar 7 show at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center currently the lowest get-in price at $70 (average price $266) and the Feb 17 gig at San Jose’s SAP Center the cheapest average price at $242 (get-in price $92).

Simon, whose last LP, So Beautiful Or So What, reached No.4 in the US back in 2011, and Sting, who will also launch the stage version of his musical, The Last Ship, next Spring, are expected to share the stage for a portion of the show and also perform solo sets featuring tracks from their respective back catalogues.

Fans with Paul Simon and Sting tickets should therefore expect to hear several hits from the likes of Still Crazy After All These Years, Graceland and Ten Summoner’s Tales alongside various Simon & Garfunkel and The Police classics on what is shaping up to be one of 2014’s most hotly-anticipated tours.
