Bears vs Cowboys Tickets Drop 16% In Past Week
December 3, 2013
The Chicago Bears have the most expensive average ticket price for their home games in the NFL this season at $370 per seat. This week they host the Dallas Cowboys who have the been playing some great football and have one of the highest road averages in the league at $258. When averaging these two numbers together it tells us that the average ticket price for when they meet this week should be around $314. This is right on par with how tickets are currently trending as they are averaging $310 per seat, which makes this game the second cheapest game at Soldier Field this season.
In the past week Bears Vs. Cowboys tickets for this game have fallen by 16% which can attributed to the fact that the Bears have dropped the last two games and now sit .500 with a slim chance to make the playoffs. The Bears best hope to make the postseason is by winning the NFC North but must win out if that is going to be the case, making this Monday Night Football game against the Cowboys all the more important. This Dallas squad has won its last two and five of its last seven; only losing to two very good teams, the Lions and Saints.
The Dallas Cowboys have been running the ball quite effectively recently as they have been averaging around 5 yards per carry and ran for over 250+ total yards in their last two games combined. This is important to note as the Bears have a very porous defense and the last ranked run defense, giving up over 150+ yards per game. This matchup will be the key to this game and will more than likely determine which team wins.
