Justin Timberlake Tickets Remain Expensive in 2014
January 21, 2014
Right now there may not be a bigger name in all of Hollywood than Justin Timberlake; I mean the guy can do it all: act, sing and dance. After taking some time away from music to focus on his acting career, Justin Timberlake is headlining his first solo tour since 2006, the 20/20 Experience World Tour. Beginning last November and stretching through August of this year, the 20/20 Experience World Tour encompasses 96 shows on three different continents.
Since the 20/20 Experience World Tour is JT's first in years, it has become one of the most sought after concert tickets on the market. There has been such a high demand for Justin Timberlake tickets that the average price for the 20/20 Experience World Tour is $333 per ticket, one of the highest concert ticket prices in the past two years. Yet, just because this is one of the more expensive tours out there does not mean that all of his shows are this expensive. For example, Timberlake’s stop in Vancouver, British Columbia a week back was the cheapest of the entire tour, averaging only $148.
On the other hand there are some tickets that are well above the tour mean. One in particular is Justin Timberlake's last show of The 20/20 Experience World Tour at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on August 5th. This concert is 120% more than normal as tickets are going for $732 on average.
With several other pop stars announcing tour dates for 2014, it will be interesting to see if the prices for Justin Timberlake tickets remain as high as they presently are. Katy Perry tickets for her North American tour are expected to be similarly high-priced, but it’s unclear if the average will hit $300. Nonetheless, JT is a fixture on the tour circuit all through 2014, so make sure to visit TicketIQ to buy your tickets today!
