The last week in February for college basketball becomes the time when teams start to solidify their places in their conference tournaments. The final two weeks of the regular season will be spent by teams trying to improve their ranking for both their conference and NCAA tournaments. The top games this week have some big conference implications.

After losing two games in a row and falling from the No. 1 spot in both the AP and Coaches’ Polls, Syracuse will be looking to get back in the win column, but have a tough opponent in the Cavaliers, who sit just outside the top ten in both polls. Virginia basketball tickets are the highest price for a single game they’ve been all season at John Paul Jones Arena.

Duke basketball tickets at Cameron Indoor Stadium have been the most expensive all season and the high average price against 9-17 Virginia Tech helps show why. The Blue Devils are coming off an overtime win against Syracuse on the road over the weekend.
3) 2/27/14 - Arkansas at Kentucky | Avg. Price: $173 | Get-in Price: $42
The Wildcats hoped their season would be going a little better than it has, but they still sit at No. 17 in the AP Poll as they welcome in the Arkansas Razorbacks on Thursday. Kentucky basketball tickets have dropped 27% for this game at Rupp Arena over the past week. this game also has the cheapest get-in price of the week’s top games.
4) 2/24/14 - Syracuse at Maryland | Avg. Price: $141 | Get-in Price: $74
Before the Syracuse Orange head into Virginia, they will have to take on the Terrapins at the Comcast Center on Monday night. Maryland basketball tickets have dropped 30% in the past week for the 15-12 team even as they are hosting one of the top teams in the country.
5) 2/24/14 - Oklahoma at Kansas | Avg. Price: $139 | Get-in Price: $67
Two of the top teams in the Big 12 square off at Allen Fieldhouse for the second to last Jayhawks home game of the regular season. Kansas basketball tickets have been down 17% this week, but the game against Oklahoma still comes into the top five in average price.
Only two weeks remain in the college basketball regular season. As the real excitement starts in March, the final stretch of the regular season can still bring some of the best basketball of the year, especially with the teams participating in these top games.
