Valentine’s Day weekend has become a big weekend for concerts and some of the top performers on tour have big shows coming up over the weekend. A majority of the most expensive will take place in Las Vegas, starting with what has quickly become to most popular tour in the world.
1) 2/15/14 - Bruno Mars | The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas | Avg. Price: $1013 | Get-in Price: $450
Prices for Bruno Mars tickets skyrocketed after his Super Bowl halftime performance. Mars’ concert at the Las Vegas Cosmopolitan has an unbelievable average price of over $1,000 and the get-in price is higher than the average price of every other show on the list except for one. The price for this show alone has gone up 32% in the past week.
2) 2/14/14 - Britney Spears | Planet Hollywood Las Vegas | Avg. Price: $480 | Get-in Price: $141
Spears will be continuing her residency at Planet Hollywood and demand for Britney Spears tickets has yet to diminish. This date has a higher average price than her most expensive show last week, although the average price has dropped for this concert 4% during the week.
3) 2/14/14 - Tim McGraw & Faith Hill | Venetian Hotel Las Vegas | Avg. Price: $443 | Get-in Price: $167
Two of the biggest names in country music cap off the trio of Las Vegas concerts, this one at the Venetian Hotel. The average price is just below Spears at Planet Hollywood, but the get-in price for Tim McGraw tickets are more expensive. Tickets have also gone up 6% in price over the past week.
4) 2/14/14 - Justin Timberlake | Air Canada Centre | Avg. Price: $372 | Get-in Price: $145
Justin Timberlake tickets have been the hottest in music since he returned to touring and that doesn’t just hold in the United States. Timberlake’s Valentine’s Day show at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre have dipped 6% this week, but it still remains one of the top shows of the week.
5) 2/15/14 - Marc Anthony | Barclays Center | Avg. Price: $340 | Get-in Price: $110
Rounding up the top shows of the week is Marc Anthony at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The get-in price for Marc Anthony tickets is easily the lowest of the five top shows, but overall ticket prices have increased 6% over the past week.
