Hall & Oates Add Early Summer Dates To 2014 Tour
March 7, 2014
Fresh from their induction at the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, one of America’s most successful duos will head back out onto the road following the release of Hall & Oates tickets for an additional series of early summer shows.
The Philadelphia soul-rockers, who will receive the honour at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on April 10 alongside the likes of Peter Gabriel, Nirvana and Linda Ronstadt, will wrap up their first run of 2014 live dates at Biloxi’s Beau Rivage Resort and Casino on March 28 - tickets for which are available on TicketIQ at a get-in price of $103 and an average price of $153.
But after a short break, the pair will kick off a second North American leg at Raleigh’s Walnut Creek Amphitheatre on May 3 ($101/$223), taking in the likes of St. Louis’ Peabody Opera House on May 6 ($118/$219), Indianapolis’ Old National Centre on May 8 ($92/$196) and Greensboro’s White Oak Amphitheatre on June 17 ($126/$150) before concluding at Atlantic City’s Borgata Event Center on June 20.
There are still over 100 Hall & Oates tickets remaining on TicketIQ for most shows with the May 10 concert at the Public Hall Cleveland currently the lowest get-in price at $75 (average price $129) and the May 4 gig at Charlotte’s Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre the cheapest average price at $82 (get-in price $82). While fans can also get their hands on Hall & Oates tickets for their set at the Ravinia Festival at Illinois’ Highland Park on Jun 22 ($56/$87).
Hall & Oates’ recent performances have concentrated on their mid-70s to early-80s heyday so expect to hear the likes of their breakthrough hit, “Sara Smile,” their first number one, “Rich Girl,” and their subsequent chart-toppers, “Kiss On My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater” and “Out Of Touch.”
