One of the world’s biggest pop superstars has vowed to take fans to another planet next year after releasing Lady Gaga tickets for a series of shows under the banner of the artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour.
The 27-year-old, who was forced to cut short her Born This Way Ball tour earlier this year to undergo hip surgery, made the promise on Twitter last week after confirming she will take her third studio album out onto the road for 27 dates across North America in 2014.
After helping to close New York’s historic Roseland Ballroom with a mini-residency from March 28-April 7, the five-time Grammy winner will officially kick off the tour at Sunrise’s BB&T Center on May 4, with Lady Gaga tickets available for this gig available with a get-in price of $125 and an average price of $454.
Gaga will then take in the likes of Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center on May 12 ($68/$239), Calgary’s Scotiabank Saddledome on May 25 ($196/$384) and Boston’s TD Garden on June 30 ($167/$331) before wrapping up at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on July 21 ($83/$245).
There are still plenty of Lady Gaga tickets waiting to be snapped with the July 19 concert at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena currently the lowest get-in price at $56 (average price $288) and the May 15 performance at Washington, D.C.’s Verizon Center the cheapest average price at $215 (get-in price $64).
After scoring a second consecutive Billboard chart-topper with ARTPOP, Gaga will no doubt be keen to showcase the majority of its 15 tracks including the lead single “Applause” and R. Kelly collaboration “Do What U Want.” But her recent set at the Capital FM’s Jingle Bell Ball also featured several old favorites such as “Poker Face,” “Just Dance” and “Bad Romance.”
